Our project " The Mineralization Society"
The aim of our project is the search of targets, drugs and system methods for the calcification treatment.
The research tasks include:
1. Analysis of activation profiles of signaling pathways in tissues with/without calcification, using advanced transcriptomics and proteomics methods.
2. Development of personalized approaches for the receiving of program product and system analysis of mineralization in individual patients.
The scale of scientific problem is defined by the increase of cardiovascular diseases from year to year. Additionally, calcificates are observed in most of human population, rising the risk of cardiac infarction. Product of the project will test the system for controlling mineralization, calcification of the cardiovascular system
